ZAPI GROUP to Showcase Integrated Electrification Solutions for Industrial Battery-Electric Platforms at The Battery Show USA 2026

Detroit, Michigan, USA — October 13, 2026 — ZAPI GROUP, a global leader in electrification technology, will exhibit solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of industrial OEMs and the broader electrification market at The Battery Show North America (October 13-15).

Centerstage at the ZAPI GROUP booth will be the new 7.2kW high-voltage, high-power on-board charging solution for OEMs of electrified construction, municipal, off-highway, marine and power sports machines (using 100 V to 800 V battery packs). Housed within a rugged, liquid-cooled, IP67-rated enclosure, the system combines a 7.2 kW charger, an independent, isolated 1 kW DC-DC converter, and an EVSE interface compliant with global charging standards.

“Our journey into high-voltage solutions began just one year ago with the introduction of two development platforms for the battery-electric vehicle market,” said Rahul Baliga, VP of New Product Introduction at Delta-Q Technologies. “Over the past year, our new ZQ Series 7.2 kW onboard charger has undergone extensive customer field trials, providing valuable performance and application insights. We are now advancing into the product sampling phase and invite OEM partners to collaborate with us in developing charging solutions tailored to their unique system requirements.”

In addition to the 7.2 kW, there will be a 22 kW bidirectional OBC V2X charger, and an 18kW ultra-fast off-board charger, ideal for rapid, opportunity charging. Representing the low-voltage charging category, there will be a 3.3 kW and 6.6 kW platform on display.

In addition to charging solutions, ZAPI GROUP will present electric drive products suitable for both high- and low-voltage machine architectures. For OEMs not yet committed to full electrification, the GSM hybrid system pairs a compact motor-generator with a low-voltage controller, enabling electric assist for diesel engines to support engine downsizing and emissions compliance.

For battery-electric platforms, the XPM interior permanent magnet (IPM) motor provides high torque and operational efficiency in a compact, durable enclosure to maximize runtime. For integrated system applications, the IMI solution pairs a motor and controller in a single package, available in high- and low-voltage configurations. ZAPI GROUP will also showcase its low-voltage inverters and controllers alongside the high-voltage ACH3 series. Completing the exhibit, the DCC3 offers a rugged, compact DC/DC converter update featuring native cybersecurity functionality.

Attendees to this event can visit ZAPI GROUP at Booth #6038.
