Delta-Q's First Lithium-Specific Charger

The ICL1200 is designed to optimally charge lithium battery systems with any lithium-ion chemistry (e.g. LCO, NCA, NMC, LMO, LFP, LTO). Key features include CAN communications to seamlessly integrate with a vehicle's battery management systems (BMS), and touch-safe capabilities ensure the ICL1200 meets European electric vehicle standards.

Battery TypeDesigned to optimally charge a lithium-ion system with any lithium chemistry, including but not limited to, Lithium Cobalt Oxide (LCO), Nickel Cobalt Aluminum Oxide (NCA), Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NMC), Manganese Oxide (LMO), Iron Phosphate (LFP), and Titanate Oxide (LTO).

Delta-Q has more than 200 commercialized charge profiles, covering many manufacturers, models, and chemistries of lead acid batteries (flooded/wet, and sealed AGM and gel) and lithium batteries.

Delta-Q offers test channels and expertise to vehicle, machine or battery manufacturers working on lithium-ion implementation into vehicles or machines.

Charge Profile Development

Delta-Q has significant expertise in developing charge profiles (also called algorithms) that operate the charger in returning energy to the battery pack. To develop these profiles for lead acid and lithium-ion batteries, the company operates its own battery lab to conduct short- and long-term testing.
