Delta-Q Technologies will show its newly expanded RQ Series of battery chargers, catering to the evolving technical and increasing volume production needs of OEM customers.
Vancouver, B.C. – September 1, 2023 – Delta-Q Technologies (Delta-Q), a leading provider of battery charging solutions, returns to The Battery Show North America on September 12–14.
Delta-Q will showcase its latest advancements in battery charger technology, including the RQ700 battery charger. This 700W charging solution brings exceptional performance and increased machine uptime to battery-powered industrial and commercial equipment such as light e-mobility, floor-care machines, and mobile elevated work platforms.
“We are thrilled to showcase the RQ700 at The Battery Show North America,” said Lloyd Gomm, Vice President of Marketing at Delta-Q. “By optimizing our new design, we have made it easier for customers to integrate the charger into their vehicles or industrial machines. This translates into a significantly more compact mechanical design, along with simplified connectivity for vehicle on-board systems like battery management systems (BMS) and customers’ on-board telematics. In addition, the design is simpler to manufacture, allowing us to scale to our customers’ volume production needs. The world around us is becoming increasingly electrified, and Delta-Q, along with the wider ZAPI GROUP, is investing to enable this global transition.“
As part of the ZAPI GROUP, Delta-Q will exhibit at booth 2001, where visitors can explore the RQ700’s full suite of features, including:
- Automotive-grade construction/quality
- Immediate availability in 24, 36 and 48 VDC options
- Exceptional power density and compactness for restricted space install scenarios
- IP67 rating for protection against shock, vibration and moisture ingress
- 12 VDC, 400 milliamp (mA) auxiliary power supply
- Product bundling includes necessary installation cables for seamless connectivity
Delta-Q welcomes attendees of The Battery Show North America to explore the broader portfolio of its battery charging solutions and see other electric drive-train solutions offered by the ZAPI GROUP. It’s a great opportunity for engineers, designers and product managers to engage with our technical experts to discuss challenges, request samples and explore ideas around their own electrification projects.
