VANCOUVER, B.C.– June 27, 2018 —Delta-Q Technologies (Delta-Q), a leader in battery charging solutions for electric vehicles and machines, announced that it has been recognized as one of the top technology companies in this year’s Branham300 Top 250 list of information and communication technology (ICT) companies in Canada.
The 2018 Branham300 list showcases companies in Canada’s ICT segment with significant revenue growth based on 2017’s fiscal year-end results. Delta-Q ranked within the top 250 companies as number 75. The company was also recognized as 19 on the list of Top 25 Canadian ICT Hardware and Infrastructure Companies.
“We’re excited to be listed alongside some of Canada’s most impactful technology companies,” said Trent Punnett, vice president of sales, product management and marketing at Delta-Q. “The combination of our investment in our employees and dedication to our longstanding customers and partners has resulted in company growth that we are incredibly proud of, and is a testament to the hard work of our entire team.”
This award follows Delta-Q’s recent product announcement about the expansion of its ICL Series – a product portfolio of six lithium specific battery chargers – as well as enhanced software capabilities to better serve its customers and provide them with added control over their applications. Delta-Q has also made a local impact with its sustainability efforts to help Vancouver achieve its Greenest City Action Plan, and its programs to foster the next generation of software and product engineers by donating its battery chargers to university students in Vancouver and the U.S.
“Canada’s ICT professionals can be very proud of both the growth and innovation they produced last year, and we are once again pleased to shine a congratulatory spotlight on this critical industry,” said Wayne Gudbranson, CEO of Branham Group.
“Our commitment to providing Delta-Q’s customers with the solutions and technology that best suit their evolving electric powertrain needs is strong, and will expand as we continue to grow and innovate in our industry,” said Punnett. “We’re motivated by recognition such as the Branham300 list and will continue to improve our developments to exceed our customer demands and scale our impact around the world.”
The Branham300 is the most widely referenced listing of Canadian ICT companies, ranked by revenue. The ranking is unique because it is the nation’s only comprehensive list to track both publicly held and privately owned companies. The Branham Group tracks thousands of organizations, and after reviewing submissions and published financial statements, the rankings are released in the spring. The companies selected on this year’s Branham300 Top 250 list, Delta-Q included, generated more than half of the nation’s ICT sector revenue.
