Our Purpose

Delta-Q is driven by the promise of an all-electric world. Our purpose is to build a sustainable future by powering electric drive equipment with our chargers.

Compensation and Benefits

Delta-Q offers competitive base salaries as well as an annual bonus program. A 2% group retirement savings plan employer contribution program is also available.

Employees are entitled to paid time off including vacation, sick time, and personal days. We also offer comprehensive health and dental benefits, including a $300 annual health spending account and employee & family assistance programming .

Delta-Q’s Burnaby office regularly hosts company events, fundraising initiatives, and sports meetups for basketball, running, soccer, and more! There is also an onsite gym, showers, parking, EV charging stations, secure bike lockers, and ergonomic workspaces for our employees.
