Delta-Q has state-of-the-art power and temperature testing labs and automated climate-controlled battery test labs designed to run experiments validating long-term performance. Accredited with testing products meeting the California Energy Commission (CEC) energy efficiency standard, our lab is also used for developing charge profiles that meet performance, health, and charging time requirements for lead-acid and lithium batteries.
Delta-Q and its university collaborators have published many peer-reviewed technical papers in IEEE conferences, journals, and industry conferences. Our company and research collaborations have also been awarded many funding grants, such as The BC Innovative Clean Energy (ICE) fund, Innovate BC’s Ignite awards, and The CleanBC Go Electric Advanced Research and Commercialization (ARC) program. This support enables us to further invest in the research, product development, and commercialization of battery charging technologies with increased efficiency and power density.
